Is your yarn ethically sourced?
Yes! The mill I purchase yarn from is a very reputable brand within the industry who only uses mulesing free yarn.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-Orders are always announced on my social media and by news letter. This yarn is limited edition yarn that will only be dyed during the pre-order period. I will have the Pre-Order yarn available to order for 2 weeks, or until order capacity. Once the pre-order is closed, I order a big batch of yarn to dye all of the orders! Normally I will also be dyeing yarn during the two week period that it is open with yarn I have at the house. So first orders usually end up getting shipped out pretty quickly! Once the big batch of yarn has arrived, I dye and ship orders very quickly as they dry. My average is about 1-2 weeks. :)
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order please contact me and I will assist you.
How fast will my yarn ship?
If I have yarn already dyed and ready to ship, I ship out either same or next day depending on the time of purchase. If it needs to be dyed, I am available to dye yarn Monday-Friday and then ship it out as soon as it's dry. I average around 3-4 days processing time for those orders.
Do you offer an "anti-fat tax" discount?
Yes! Please use "SizeInclusive10" for a 10% discount on 5+ hanks, or "SizeInclusive15" for 15% off 7+ hanks
